These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the website abhinavtoursandtravels.com (the "Site") and any travel, tour, transport, accommodation, activity or related services provided by Abhinav Tours & Travels (referred to as "Company", "we", "us" or "our"). By accessing or using the Site or booking any services with us, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Site or book any services.

2. Definitions
- Booking means a confirmed reservation made through us for any tour, transport, accommodation, activity or related service.
- Services means all travel-related services offered or arranged by the Company via the Site or otherwise.
- Third‑party Providers means independent suppliers such as hotels, transport operators, ferry operators, activity providers, guides and other contractors.
- Force Majeure means events beyond reasonable control including natural disasters, acts of government, labour strikes, epidemics, war, civil unrest, or other similar events.
3. Eligibility & Account
- You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to make a booking or accept these Terms.
- If you register an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
- You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information when making bookings and to update such information as necessary.
4. Booking, Payments & Confirmation
- Inquiry & Quote: A quote provided by us is an indicative price. It does not form a contract until you accept the quote and we issue a booking confirmation.
- Confirmation: A booking becomes confirmed only when we (a) accept your booking request, (b) issue a booking confirmation, and (c) receive the required deposit or full payment.
- Payment Methods: We accept payment by the methods displayed on the Site or stated in the booking confirmation. Where third‑party payment gateways are used, their terms also apply.
- Price Accuracy: We make reasonable efforts to ensure prices and information on the Site are accurate. However, errors may occur. We reserve the right to correct mistakes and to cancel or amend bookings where an obvious error has occurred, provided we notify you promptly.
- Taxes & Fees: Unless stated, prices do not include applicable taxes, service charges, or government levies which will be added where required.
5. Cancellation & Refunds

- Third‑party supplier charges (airlines, hotels etc.) may be non‑refundable. Refunds are subject to those supplier rules.
- Cancellations must be provided in writing (email) and take effect from the date received by us.
- If we cancel a booking (except for reasons attributable to you), you may choose a full refund or reasonable alternative arrangements. We will not be liable for consequential losses such as non‑refundable flight tickets booked separately by you.
6. Changes by You
- Change requests are subject to availability and may incur amendment fees and additional supplier charges.
- We are not obliged to accept changes and any new arrangements will be confirmed only after payment of applicable charges.
7. Services Provided by Third‑Party Suppliers
- Many services included in your booking are provided by independent third‑party suppliers. We act as agent/arranger for those services unless stated otherwise in the booking confirmation.
- We do not control these suppliers and accept no liability for their acts, omissions, or defaults beyond what may be recoverable from them under their contracts with us.
- Itineraries are indicative and may change due to weather, operational constraints, or local conditions. We will make reasonable efforts to offer suitable alternatives.
8. Travel Documents, Health & Conduct
- You are responsible for obtaining valid passports, visas, permits, and meeting health and vaccination requirements for your travel. Check requirements for all transit and destination countries.
- You must comply with instructions from guides, operators, and local authorities. Unruly or unlawful behaviour may lead to termination of services without refund.
- You should obtain comprehensive travel insurance covering medical expenses, personal accident, cancellation, lost baggage and other risks. Insurance is your responsibility.
9. Liability & Limitations
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability arising from your booking or use of the Site is limited to the amount you paid to us for the specific service in question.
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses (including loss of enjoyment, income, profit or opportunity).
- We shall not be liable for any failure or delay arising from Force Majeure events.
- Any claims against third‑party suppliers should be pursued directly with those suppliers; we will reasonably assist where appropriate.
10. Privacy & Data
- We collect and process personal information necessary to provide our services (names, contact details, passport data, payment information etc.). Our Privacy Policy (available on the Site) explains how we use and protect personal data.
- By booking or using the Site you consent to the collection, processing and transfer of your personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.
11. Payments & Fraud Prevention
- We use secure payment gateways (as displayed on the Site). We do not store full card details unless explicitly required and disclosed.
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel bookings if fraud, suspicious activity or misuse is suspected. Chargebacks raised without prior contact may be treated as breach of these Terms.
12. Intellectual Property
- All intellectual property on the Site (text, images, logos, trademarks, software) is owned by or licensed to the Company. You may not reproduce, adapt or redistribute content without our written permission.
13. Links to Other Sites
- The Site may contain links to third‑party websites. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of those websites and linking to a site does not imply endorsement.
14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
- These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
- Any dispute should first be referred to us in writing so that we may attempt amicable resolution. If a dispute is not resolved, it shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Calcutta High Court , the Union Territory of the Andaman and Nicobar Islands.
- You should bring any legal claim within 1 year from the date the cause of action arose (unless local law requires otherwise).
15. Amendments
- We may modify these Terms at any time by posting the revised Terms on the Site. Changes take effect immediately on posting. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
16. General
- Severability: If any provision of these Terms is held invalid, the remaining provisions will continue in full force.
- Waiver: Failure to enforce any right is not a waiver of that right.
- Assignment: You may not transfer your rights or obligations without our written consent. We may assign our rights or obligations freely.
- Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with booking confirmations and the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and the Company with respect to the subject matter.
